Blog: Taste and See

Psalm 34:8 Taste and see that the Lord is good; blessed is the one who takes refuge in Him. The New Living Translation says Taste and see that the Lord is good. Oh, the joys of those who take refuge in Him.

This scripture is all about Trusting God and following His leading. If we do this, we will discover that He is indeed good and kind.

Think on this: Every morning we wake up and prepare to go about our day.

Have you ever checked your vehicle before you started getting dressed? Have you ever crank your car to check if the engine is working before you decide to set out? If you’re like me, I don’t. I get up and decide to go about my day trusting that when I put my key in the ignition my car will crank.

Well God wants us to trust Him like we trust the car. Putting our faith in action to ignite a fire within to walk in our purpose. We should put even more trust in God than we do our cars.

I know sometimes we are met with disappointment when things don’t quite work the way we think they should. And it seems difficult to trust God when you can’t trace HIm. But God is saying, still Trust me.

Trust God before we see the manifestation of results. Taste and See is about Believing in Our Father wholeheartedly and He promises that we will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.

Today I urge you to go forth with trust in your heart believing in the Living God. Trusting God all the way through. Work what He has given you everyday. Chisel at it until you SEE that God is good and His grace is sufficient.

We are …Winning in the Kingdom!

Your Girl, Milki Way
